What if I can’t follow the plan every day?Life happens! Communicate with me about challenges, and we’ll adapt the plan as needed. Progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about persistence.

What kind of support will I get with the Coaching program?With my Coaching program, I’ll be available on WhatsApp every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to provide meal feedback, answer your questions, and keep you accountable. You’ll also receive a weekly email check-in on Sunday, which we’ll review together on Monday.

How is your approach different from other nutrition programs?I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My plans are 100% tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. You’ll get expert guidance, unwavering support, and accountability every step of the way.

Do I need to track calories or macros?Tracking is optional. If you’re experienced with macros, IIFYM guidance is available in the Silver and Gold tiers. If not, I provide structured plans that simplify everything for you.

What’s the difference between the Meal Plans (only) and the Meal Plans + Coaching programs?The Meal Plan only offers your personalised meal plan and supplement recommendations, while The coaching programs include ongoing support, accountability through WhatsApp, and email, so you’re never on this journey alone.
